How to keep you fit on daily basis routine in home

We have to get strong by mind and muscles both.
Firstly you have to do 3 basic things:-
1.Meditation:- Do some meditation on daily basis around 15 min to as your capacity.Because meditation makes our Mind more focusable and we say also increase our mind observation skills and there are lots of more benefits of Meditation.

2.Exercise / Yoga:- Exercise- As fit on your Body or in which you have Interesting. Like:- Bodybuilding, running, boxing, streching, etc. Just doing in home during Covind-19 with dumbell, Boxing bag, running in park to get some fresh oxygen but beware from viruses/germs. Protect yourself with sanitizer and please prevent to wear mask during jogging or running time.

At least you have to walk in a park around some rounds that fits on your body because your lungs also have to recover or we say to take some fresh oxygen.
And yoga is also beneficial for our all 6 senses and also for our body..
3.Proper nutrition diet:- And please also keep your diet As nutritional as you can and also add some  Fruits in your meal for Vitamin C like:- Kiwi, strawberries, Cantaloupe, Papaya, Oranges and also some vegetables like:- Broccoli, Poatato, etc. Vitamin C helps us to keep our immune system strong and immune system plays a major role to fight with Viruses.

 Follow this routine for get the effective benefits in your body.And also do some Extra Curricular activities like singing, guitar and may more to keep your mind Fresh and Active.
